Wing made his first appearance on MBC’s variety show “Radio Star” recently, sharing his experiences and journey. He stated that the release of “Dopamine” has led to a substantial increase in offers for performances and advertisements. Wing emphasized changes within the beatboxing genre. “In the past, it was only treated as a talent show or imitation activity, but now creating one’s own songs is the trend. It’s also possible to register copyrights now,” he explained.

G-Dragon took notice of Wing’s “Dopamine.” Just one week after the song was released, G-Dragon contacted Wing and offered him a spot on his world tour. Wing initially doubted the offer. “I thought it was spam. It felt like a dream or something out of reality,” he said with a laugh. He revealed that at first he considered refusing, thinking he might be participating as just a band sessionist, as he was worried it could conflict with his personal goal of breaking onto Billboard. However, this turned out to be a misunderstanding during communication. After the collaboration, Wing praised G-Dragon by saying, “My senior said it was ‘my concert,’ but this stage was actually ‘my stage.’”

Wing also shared his experience performing as part of “Beatbox Corps” during his military service. He recounted an episode where he met actor Park Bo-gum during that time. On “Radio Star,” he delivered a live beatboxing performance, instantly taking over the atmosphere of the studio.
