Yujin Spotted at DH Bangbae Apartment

Yujin, a member of IVE, was reported to have been seen at the newly built apartment “DH Bangbae” located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. This fact was confirmed in a video posted on October 23, 2026, to the YouTube channel “Alkkongdalkong Park Eun-young,” operated by entertainer Park Eun-young.

The video shows Park Eun-young visiting a friend’s home to inspect the interior design and living conditions. Park Eun-young asked her friend, “Is Yujin living here?” to which the friend replied, “I saw her yesterday.” However, the friend speculated that she does not reside there, adding, “It seems her parents are living here.”

DH Bangbae is an apartment that went on public sale in August 2024, with a sales price of approximately 2.2 billion won per unit based on an 84㎡ floor area. Since then, the market value of some units has been reported to be around 4 billion won, resulting in a profit margin of roughly twice the original sale price.

Reports suggesting that Yujin won a spot in the public sales lottery for this apartment surfaced in July, but the specific unit type and whether she was indeed selected have not been officially confirmed. Her agency, Starship Entertainment, previously stated, “It’s a personal matter, so it’s difficult to verify.”

The occupancy rate of the apartment is estimated to be around 40%, and some units were unoccupied at the time the video was filmed. The video prompted numerous comments asking detailed questions about the interior design, facilities, types of flooring, and methods for replacing refrigerator panels.

IVE is set to make a Comeback approximately 8 months later on October 26, 2026, with the release of their mini EP “Looks Can Kill.” Their previous full album, “REVIVE+,” was released in February 2026.

Yujin made her Debut as part of IVE on December 1, 2021.
