Kim Go-eun Reveals Past Experience with Switching Relationships on YouTube

Kim Go-eun, a participant in Netflix’s “Solo Hell 5,” disclosed her past experiences with switching relationships and sudden breakups through her personal YouTube channel “Goeun goeun” on the 25th.

During a relationship balance game she played with friends, she was asked which was worse—switching relationships or suddenly ending a connection without explanation. She stated, “I think suddenly ending a relationship is worse,” adding, “With switching, at least you know why. You can get angry and curse them, but with sudden breaks, you don’t know the reason. You end up worrying about them only to have them just disappear.”

She then shared her own personal experience. She said, “I’ve been in a situation where I was switched in a relationship. I was already hurt by a sudden breakup and then had that happen too.” She continued, “From what I’ve experienced, sudden breaks are even more difficult.” Describing the specific circumstances of being switched in a relationship, she explained, “When that happened to me, my partner was with me when another woman showed up. So I just got extremely angry, had an argument, and it ended there.”

Meanwhile, Kim Go-eun was involved in rumors of a romantic relationship with G-Dragon, a member of the boy group BIGBANG, back in 2024. At the time, G-Dragon’s team denied the rumors, stating they were merely close siblings. This recent YouTube disclosure has brought that relationship back into the spotlight.
