Hyoyeon to Release New Song “MOVEURBODY” on March 23, Featuring Hybrid Sound

Hyoyeon of Girls' Generation will release her new song “MOVEURBODY” at 6 p.m. on March 23. This track utilizes a hybrid sound that combines Brazilian Punk with Hard Techno, delivering Hyoyeon’s sensual vocals alongside intense rave energy.

“MOVEURBODY” incorporates a high-energy hybrid sound blending Brazilian Punk and Hard Techno, enhanced by Hyoyeon’s dynamic vocals and pulsating rave atmosphere. The lyrics are filled with charismatic messages urging dancers on the dance floor to move. Hyoyeon personally participated in writing, composing, and arranging this song.

Since announcing her transition into a DJ with the single “Sober” in 2018, Hyoyeon has established her unique musical style through tracks such as DESSERT, Second, DEEP, Picture, and YES. She continues to solidify her position as both a DJ and producer through global DJ tours and performances at various festivals.

Ahead of the release, Hyoyeon will host a showcase for her self-curated party brand HWA:HAP on Saturday, March 21, at 9 p.m., at Seongsu S Factory D-dong in Seoul. This event features space design and programming based on the theme, genre elements, and recurring messages of “MOVEURBODY,” creating a special stage under the “RAVE NIGHT” theme where audiences can engage actively rather than simply watch.
