G-Dragon to Hold Only European Concert in Paris in September 2025 – Musk Also Shows Interest

G-Dragon, the king of K-pop, has officially confirmed his return to European stages through a world tour in 2025. As the leader of BIGBANG and known by the nickname “the king of K-pop,” he plans to hold a single concert at La Défense Arena in Paris on Saturday, September 20, 2025. This performance is expected to be G-Dragon’s only concert in Europe. La Défense Arena, located in the Hauts-de-Seine district, is one of the largest arenas in Europe and has hosted various sports and music events every year. AEG Presents France announced that pre-sale tickets will begin at 10 a.m. on June 26. Early registration will close at 9:59 p.m. on June 25, while exclusive pre-sales for G-Dragon’s official membership program are set to open at 10 a.m. on June 25. General ticket sales are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, June 27. G-Dragon is a true legend of K-pop, having contributed to the composition, lyrics, and production of many songs by Korean groups. He began his solo career in 2009 and currently has three studio albums, several mini-albums, and 12 singles including “Heartbreaker,” “Breathe,” “One of a Kind,” “Coup D’Etat,” and “Who You?” His global influence has even caught the attention of Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Musk shared a tweet featuring a video of G-Dragon riding in a Cybertruck covered with the PEACEMINUSONE logo, writing, “Watch what happens when K-pop’s king G-Dragon shows up in Korea in a Cybertruck.” This tweet quickly accumulated over 1 million views. Musk’s mother, May Musk, also showed interest by retweeting a post on the 13th stating, “K-pop’s king G-Dragon arrived at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in a newly designed Tesla Cybertruck.” G-Dragon’s first connection with the Tesla Cybertruck began at Incheon International Airport last November, serving as evidence of the capabilities of Galaxy Corporation, an AI entertainment company. G-Dragon’s 2025 world tour signifies his successful return to the global stage. The concert at La Défense Arena is expected to be a significant event demonstrating the tremendous influence of Hallyu culture worldwide.
