aespa Confirmed for KCON L.A. 2025 Lineup While on SMTOWN LIVE Tour in Bangkok

aespa will perform at one of this year’s major international K-pop festivals. The group has been added to the lineup of KCON L.A. 2025, the largest K-pop festival in the United States, and is currently participating in the SMTOWN LIVE 2025-26 tour taking place in Bangkok, Thailand. On the 13th, aespa departed for Thailand via Incheon International Airport to attend the SMTOWN LIVE 2025-26 in BANGKOK. This annual tour features artists under SM Entertainment performing together on the same stage, serving as a clear example of aespa’s current global activities. KCON L.A. 2025 will be held from August 1st to 3rd at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena over three days. aespa is one of the artists announced as part of the later addition to the lineup, alongside NCT 127, MONSTA X, Key (SHINee), and others. They will perform alongside previously revealed artists such as SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi and Woozi unit (HxW), IVE, NMIXX, ZEROBASEONE, and P1harmony. KCON is the world’s largest K-pop festival, and this year it will be held under the theme of “Klover’s Club Fair.” The festival organizers stated that they chose this theme inspired by the four-leaf clover to convey luck and joy. Various sections will be available throughout the event site, including artist stages, fan meeting zones, an X Stage, and a M Countdown stage. KCON L.A. last year set a record as the largest event of its kind, with the M Countdown concert segment being broadcast live in prime time on the American network The CW—marking the first time a K-pop performance was aired in prime time on a national U.S. television station. aespa’s expanding global activities are also linked to SM Entertainment’s proactive overseas tour strategy.
