55-Year-Old Park Jin-young Reveals His “Power JYP” Routine and Shows Off His Home with a Basketball Court

In episode 408 of MBC’s variety show “Jeonjijik Chamgyeon Sijeom,” the head of JYP, Park Jin-young, unveiled the meticulous routine he follows in his daily life. On the day it aired on the 25th, he shared the strict self-care habits he has maintained for over 20 years.

Park Jin-young’s day begins with an organic diet and a glass of spring water from the ocean floor. After memorizing English words using his own techniques, he continues without pause with warm-up exercises, stretching, weight training, and finishing routines in his home gym. He also adds piano and vocal practice to his schedule. Despite being 55 years old, he boasts strong muscles and a youthful appearance, claiming that he does not undergo any cosmetic procedures or health check-ups. Instead, he explains that he corrects his body’s balance by studying human anatomy and maintains his hair and skin through facial muscle exercises.

Even the meticulously organized Park Jin-young has moments when he completely relaxes, especially in front of his two daughters, who are 6 and 7 years old. Saying that having children changed his life, he starts each morning by hugging his daughters and even composed a special song for them, showing his exceptional “dad-obsessed” side. He was unable to hide his “daddy smile” as he praised his daughters for being talented in dancing and singing, just like him.

In particular, Park Jin-young said, “There is no better job in the world than being a singer,” and revealed his vision of creating future girl groups with the daughter of Bi♥Kim Tae-hee and the daughter of Boom, turning the studio into a sea of laughter. Meanwhile, Park Jin-young’s luxury home was shown for the first time. The house features a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic forest views, a private basketball court, a basement gym equipped with various exercise machines and a dedicated refrigerator. It is so spacious that his daughters can even skate in the living room.

Looking back at the past, Park Jin-young also shared an anecdote about being scolded by his father when he took nude photos. His father, who learned about it through the news, got angry just once and said, “Is it really necessary to go that far?” He explained with a smile that while his parents prefer a quiet life, he has a “noisy” personality.
