BIGBANG’s First Full-Group World Tour in 9 Years to Begin in Goyang in August

BIGBANG, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is set to launch its first full-group world tour in nine years. Coupang Play announced that it will host “Coupang Play x BIGBANG 2026 World Tour in Goyang” at the Goyang Stadium from August 21st to 23rd. This concert marks the first official tour by G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung together since the “LAST DANCE” tour in 2017, and is expected to serve as a historic stage signaling the beginning of a new chapter for BIGBANG.

The event will feature BIGBANG’s iconic mega hits such as “Lie,” “Day by Day,” “BANG BANG BANG,” and “FANTASTIC BABY,” along with solo performances by each member. With its unique live arrangements and performances, it is anticipated to deliver memories and emotions to fans by covering the group’s entire musical journey.

Fan enthusiasm for the full-group tour has already reached peak levels. Last year, G-Dragon hinted at a BIGBANG reunion concert titled “Smoozlution” during his solo world tour “Übermensch,” and he recently announced his spectacular return through participation in the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the United States.

The world tour will start in South Korea and then proceed to 31 cities around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia, running until February 2027. Performances will take place in major cities such as Oakland, New Jersey, Paris, London, Taipei, Singapore, Hanoi, Sydney, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Osaka, Nagoya, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Kaohsiung.

Ticket sales will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, the 24th, for fan club members, followed by general sales at 7 p.m. on Thursday, the 25th. Domestic tickets can only be purchased through the Coupang Play mobile app, while international tickets are available via Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, and other platforms.

Coupang Play previously partnered to host the opening and closing shows of G-Dragon’s solo world tour “Übermensch” last year, offering exclusive 4K high-definition broadcasts of the performances. By bringing this BIGBANG world tour as well, it continues to expand its portfolio of K-pop concert content.
