TWS Wins First Place in BIGC’s “K-POP Idol Debuting in January” Vote with 58% Lead

TWS topped the voting campaign titled “K-POP Idol Debuting in January,” hosted by BIGC CHOICE, the fan interaction service operated by the entertainment tech platform BIGC.

During the vote held from December 11 to 22 of last year, TWS received a total of 87,042 votes, securing the first place with an overwhelming 58.14% share of the total votes. Following TWS in the rankings were WayV, DREAMCATCHER, and Kep1er, all of whom gained support from their fans.

As a reward for TWS’s victory, a celebration advertisement for their debut will be displayed. This advertisement is set to run for seven days starting from the 16th at Max Vision in Seoul Daehak University Station, generating high anticipation among fans.

Debuting on January 22, 2024, TWS has remained active by releasing their new song “OVERDRIVE” in October. They particularly drew explosive attention from global fans through the “Tan-tal Challenge,” which became a trending topic on various short-form video platforms.

A BIGC official stated, “We plan to conduct more BIGC CHOICE votes on various topics in the future, ensuring that fan participation translates into tangible promotion for artists.”
