Psy to Hold “SUMMERSWAG 2026” Concert in Incheon on July 11

Singer Psy will host his “SUMMERSWAG 2026” concert at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 11. This event marks the third stop in a total of 14 concerts across 9 cities nationwide as part of his summer tour.

Psy made his Debut in 2001 with his first studio album, “Psy From The Psycho World!”. In the same year, he won his first first place on a music program with the song “새”, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the K-pop industry. Later, his 2012 hit “강남스타일” reached second place on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and its music video became the first on YouTube to surpass both 1 billion and 2 billion views, sparking a global phenomenon. His follow-up song “GENTLEMAN” in 2013 reached fifth place on the Billboard Hot 100 and tenth place on the UK Official Singles Chart. In 2015, he released “Daddy”, achieving three consecutive first places on music shows, and in 2022, he collaborated with SUGA (BTS) on “That That”, which reached 80th place on the Billboard Hot 100 and 60th place on the UK Official Singles Chart.

The “SUMMERSWAG 2026 – 오래 달리기” tour began on June 27 at the Uijeongbu Comprehensive Stadium, followed by performances at the Daegu Stadium Auxiliary Stadium, Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, Seoul Daeongwon Park Parking Plaza, Wonju Comprehensive Stadium, Suwon World Cup Stadium Auxiliary Stadium, Gwangju World Cup Stadium, Busan Asiad Main Stadium, and Daejeon Mokwon University Grand Stadium. The Incheon concert is the third stop in the nationwide tour after Uijeongbu.

The Seo-hae District Office and Seobu Police Station have predicted traffic congestion on roads surrounding the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on the afternoon of the 11th based on prior forecasts. Due to the scale of large-scale concerts, traffic around the stadium tends to concentrate before and after the performances. Particularly during the 10 p.m. end time, delays are likely to occur as vehicles leave and crowds head home.

Drivers passing through the area around the stadium are advised to check traffic conditions in advance and consider alternate routes, as travel times may be longer than usual. Vehicles traveling near the stadium on event day should plan their routes carefully in advance.
