Ha Hyun-sang Releases Seasonal New Songs Including “Keychain” One After Another

Songwriter Ha Hyun-sang has continued his active musical career by releasing multiple new songs this year in quick succession. “Koayangi,” released on April 23, is a modern rock track that conveys a message of comfort to everyone living their lives in their own ways, featuring a harmonious blend of dreamy synths and emotional melodies.

On July 2, he released the seasonal song “Jangma,” which captures the atmosphere of summer. This modern rock piece gently brings forth memories and longing, much like emotions that remain unchanged even under heavy rain, with a band sound centered around moist piano tones enveloping the entire track.

On September 25, he released the single “Coyote Lily,” declaring a new challenge. With the message of “a song recording a new season and a new beginning,” it depicts the moment of standing at an unfamiliar starting line after leaving behind a familiar path. Of the double title tracks, the first one, “Hummingbird,” is a folk rock song filled with the energy of a fresh start and a sense of liberation, while the second track, “Wawa,” utilizes the warm tone of folk music to tell a narrative about “a space that is like my roots and nest.”
