G-Dragon Gives Free Walnut Treats to Fans at Fan Meeting, Asking Them Not to Stay Outside in the Cold

G-Dragon met with approximately 40,000 fans during his first solo fan meeting, “2026 G-Dragon ‘FAM’ MEETING [FAM+ILY : FAMILY : FAM I LOVE YOU],” held from the 6th to the 8th at KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Although the performance started at 7 p.m., fans queued up early in the pre-dawn hours despite the bitter winter cold to secure good seats.

To show consideration for fans who would have to wait for long periods in such cold weather, G-Dragon’s team provided free walnut treats. These treats featured chocolate decorations shaped like daisies, symbolizing G-Dragon’s brand PEACEMINUSONE, and were served warm through food trucks. Fans referred to them as “G-Dragon walnut treats” and posted numerous photos of them on social media.

The walnut treats were produced by FG, an F&B company that operates Buchang Confectionery, and were made possible through a collaboration with Justice, a nonprofit foundation established by G-Dragon following a copyright donation. G-Dragon currently serves as the honorary chairman of Justice. To enhance the charitable aspect, a fixed amount was donated for each social media post featuring a photo of the walnut treats.

Fans welcomed this gesture of reciprocity, responding with comments such as “It’s too good to eat,” “The details are outstanding,” and “It was worth waiting.” During the fan meeting, coupons for “The Bento,” the coffee brand that G-Dragon endorses, were also distributed. Winners of rock-paper-scissors games received a Frederic Malle collaboration perfume and a limited-edition pendant from Jacob & Co., further heating up the atmosphere at the event. Meanwhile, after his Korean fan meetings, G-Dragon is scheduled to hold more fan meetings in Yokohama, Japan, from the 13th to the 15th, and in Bangkok, Thailand, from the 21st to the 22nd.
