BTS Releases Two New Books in September Featuring Song Lyrics and Korean Recipes

BTS will release two official books simultaneously on September 15. Produced through a collaboration between Running Press, CAKE Corp, and BigHit Music, these books are part of BTS Festa and offer lyric books containing the members’ own interpretations along with a Korean recipes book.

“BTS Lyrics Inside” is an 184-page hardcover book that includes interpretations of 10 songs written by RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. The included tracks are “Boy With Luv,” “ON,” “Life Goes On,” “IDOL,” “FIRE,” “Magic Shop,” “We Are Bulletproof: the Eternal,” “Mikrokosmos,” “Spring Day,” and “Yet to Come,” spanning from their “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life” era to their 2022 anthology album “Proof.” The book contains the Korean lyrics, Romanized versions, and official English translations, along with explanations of Korean expressions, song analyses, and interviews and comments from the members. It is designed to enable ARMY fans to analyze and appreciate the songs more deeply.

“BTS Recipe Book” is a 256-page hardcover book that introduces 15 Korean dishes inspired by the group’s universe. Dishes such as kimchi fried rice, manchon noodles, pancake rolls, Korean chicken, stewed rice cakes, and ginseng chicken soup are featured, with these recipes drawn from meals that appeared in BTS’s appearances on shows like “Run BTS!,” “Bon Voyage,” and “In the Soop.” Each recipe in the book includes a digital code, allowing ARMY to access video explanations of the cooking methods provided by the members along with their comments on the dishes. This enables fans to enjoy an even more immersive experience.
