BTS Officially Announces Over 70 Shows in World Tour Starting in April Across 5 Continents

BTS has officially announced its first full-group world tour since returning from military service. The tour is scheduled to take place from April 2026 to March 2027, covering Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania, with more than 70 performances planned.

The tour is titled “BTS 2026~2027 World Tour,” and it will see the group travel around the world from April 2026 to March 2027, ending a hiatus of over four years. This marks the first full-group world tour by all members of BTS after they have completed their military service. The itinerary includes 34 locations across 5 continents—Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania—and features over 70 performances. It is also the first full-group activity since the release of their anthology album “Proof” in June 2022, three years and nine months later.

Leader RM expressed strong determination to resume activities, saying, “We have been eagerly waiting for this moment.”

Concerts in South Korea will be held in Goyang on April 9 and from April 11 to 12, while those in Busan are scheduled for June 12 and 13. In the United States, shows will take place in Tampa, El Paso, Arlington, Stanford, Las Vegas, East Rutherford, Foxborough, Baltimore, Chicago, and Los Angeles. In Canada, a concert will be held in Toronto.

In Europe, performances will occur twice each in Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich, and Paris. In South America, concerts will be held in Mexico City, Bogotá, Lima, Santiago, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo. In Asia and Oceania, shows will take place in Tokyo, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Manila, as well as Melbourne and Sydney in Australia.

Pre-sales for the ARMY fan club will start on January 22 and 23, followed by general pre-sales beginning on January 24 across all locations simultaneously. An additional concert in Stanford was confirmed on May 19 due to high fan demand, with presales for that show starting at 11 a.m. local time.

This tour is attracting attention not only for its concert schedule but also for its economic impact on various sectors of the tourism industry, including aviation, accommodation, and duty-free shopping. Economic experts in the United States predict that tourism demand and local economies at each concert location will increase significantly.
