B.A.P Members Reunite for First Comeback in 8 Years

Bang Yong, Jung Dae, Yoo Young, and Moon Jong, former members of B.A.P, announced their comeback in August 2024 under the new group name BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON.

MA Entertainment officially confirmed their reunion and finalized the title of the group’s first album as “CURTAIN CALL,” marking the return of B.A.P following their debut in 2012 and subsequent disbandment in 2019.

Album and Content Schedule BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON will release a pre-release track titled “FAREWELL” on July 15, 2024. The group will follow this up by disclosing the album’s tracklist on July 17, and they plan to hold fan concerts on August 17 and 18 to celebrate the album’s release.

Group History and Reasons for Reunion B.A.P debuted in 2012 with the single “WARRIOR” and gained popularity through hit songs such as “CRASH,” “ONE SHOT,” and “No Mercy.” However, their activities were suspended in 2014 due to a contract dispute with TS Entertainment. After releasing “EGO” in 2017, the group was officially disbanded in 2019.

The members’ desire to return to the stage arose after pursuing individual careers. In particular, Bang Yong admitted in January 2024 on the YouTube channel “동해물과 백두은혁” that he found it difficult to sing due to mental stress.

New Group Identity Following their reunion, the group chose not to use the original B.A.P name and began activities under the new name BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON. The title of the album “CURTAIN CALL” symbolizes their musical restart.
