HYBE LAB TO LIST ON KOSDAQ IN SECOND HALF OF 2027…ACCELERATING GROWTH THROUGH AI-POWERED SOLUTIONS
HYBE LAB, which is transitioning from a digital agency to an AI solution provider, has announced its plans to enter the stock market. The company, led by CEO Seo Jong-hyuk, announced on the 27th that it has selected SK Securities as the lead underwriter for its IPO and aims to list on KOSDAQ in the second half of 2027.
Since its establishment in 2012, HYBE LAB has functioned as an agency covering all aspects of digital services, including UI·UX design, web and mobile service development, and digital marketing. It has successfully completed projects for major corporations such as Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Unpacked marketing campaigns, as well as for agencies like JYP, Naver, Hyundai Motor, and Netmarble, achieving 15 consecutive years of profitability. By 2024, the company had recorded sales of 48.8 billion won and operating profits of 4.8 billion won, while maintaining a solid financial structure.
The company is now pursuing a transformation into a specialized “AX (AI Transformation)” firm that integrates AI technology with digital experiences and data assets. It is currently developing two AI solutions, with the goal of commercializing them in the second half of this year.
The first solution is the UI·UX-focused AI portal named “AVIKO.” This tool assists companies in managing various generative AI models efficiently while enabling them to produce content that reflects their brand identity. It focuses on delivering optimal results by leveraging data assets accumulated from the projects the company has handled over 15 years.
The second solution is the hyper-personalization platform called “DToCJ.” This platform collects and analyzes behavioral data such as web and mobile users’ click patterns, session durations, and scrolling speeds to personalize screen layouts and content. Through the interaction between its self-developed AI models and AI agents, it generates customized UI·UX designs using digital twin simulations, and it maximizes user satisfaction and business performance via reinforcement learning.
The company has also established a robust system for preparing for the IPO. Last year, it strengthened internal controls and financial stability by hiring Park Jung-jae, former CEO of ITSGlobal and an expert in IPOs and M&A, as its Chief Financial Officer.
CEO Seo Jong-hyuk stated, “As AI technology advances rapidly, our goal is to reinterpret our digital expertise and deep understanding of client needs into data models, enabling companies to apply AI easily and achieve better results.” He added, “We will commercialize these two solutions in the second half of this year and use them as drivers for growth to systematically increase our corporate value.”
