TREASURE delivered a dominant comeback with their first English-language title track, “IF I,” setting consecutive records for the fastest progression since their debut. Their fourth mini-album, [NEW WAV], released on the 1st, surpassed 1 million pre-orders and achieved nearly 600,000 sales in its first day alone, raising expectations of it becoming a million-seller.

The music video for “IF I” crossed 50 million views on YouTube at 3 a.m. on the 8th. This milestone was reached just 6 days and 9 hours after release, marking the fastest speed in TREASURE’s history. It serves as numerical proof that the group’s global influence, built through their Asian tours, has reached its peak.

This new album represents a significant shift for the group, as it features only hip-hop tracks for the first time since their debut. “IF I,” which reinterprets the authenticity of YG hip-hop with their own youthful and trendy sensibilities, has also proven its strong presence on global music platforms. It topped charts on Japan’s AWA and Rakuten Music, as well as song and album charts in multiple regions on iTunes.

On their first performance on the 6th episode of MBC’s “Show! Music Core,” TREASURE captured attention with an opening featuring silhouettes emerging from thick fog against a rugged urban-themed stage set. They will further expand their global presence by holding their solo concert “TREASURE THE STAGE 2026 NEW WAV” at Goryeo University Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul from the 19th to the 21st.
