Global First K-Pop Fan Survival Show Featuring Yoon Doojoon

“The Fan Stage,” the world’s first K-pop fan survival variety show where fans rather than artists take center stage, is set to debut on WAVVE. Yoon Doojoon, a member of Highlight, will serve as the host for the program.

“The Fan Stage” is a show designed for fans to demonstrate their dedication and expertise as supporters. Ten fan groups, including g.o.d, MONSTA X, BIGBANG, SEVENTEEN, SHINee, EXO, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and TWICE, will compete by completing tasks related to real fan activities such as ticketing, cheering techniques, photography, and content creation.

As the Leader of Highlight, which celebrated 18 years since its Debut this year, Yoon Doojoon brings extensive experience and skill gained from his idol career. He is expected to deliver a host performance that combines empathy with composure. Yoon Doojoon has already showcased his sharp sense of humor and diverse charms through various variety shows.

The show will air twice weekly starting at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays, with a total of 8 episodes, beginning on the 29th on WAVVE. It will also be available via the Pixed YouTube channel starting at 6 p.m. on August 5th.

Highlight, led by Yoon Doojoon, will perform on multiple stages following the show’s release. They will appear at the “K-WAVE INFINITY” K-pop concert in Kaohsiung on August 8th, the “2026 CASchool Festival” in Gwacheon on August 22nd, and the “Sustainable Wave Festival” in Incheon on August 30th, meeting fans both domestically and internationally.
