BoA to Hold Japanese Concerts in September After Leaving SM Entertainment

Singer BoA, who has ended her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment after 25 years together, will hold concerts in Japan through her newly established company, Beefal Entertainment. The performances, titled “BoA The Live,” are scheduled to take place in three cities: Fukuoka, Osaka Namba, and Yokohama.

BoA conducted promotions ahead of her Japanese concerts. On the 18th, a promotional video for the “BoA The Live” concerts in September was released on Beefal Entertainment’s official social media accounts. In the video, BoA wore a blue cardigan paired with a beige blouse and had her brightly dyed hair tied up, giving off a lively atmosphere.

Using fluent Japanese, BoA announced the concert locations, saying, “This ‘BoA The Live’ concert will be held in Fukuoka, Osaka Namba, and Yokohama.” She then expressed her excitement by saying, “I’m really looking forward to meeting my fans.” Adding that, “I’ve worked hard on the preparations, so I hope everyone will come and enjoy the show,” she concluded the video with, “See you at the concert. It was BoA.”

BoA began this new chapter by founding Beefal Entertainment in March last year, following the conclusion of her 25-year relationship with SM Entertainment.

The concerts will start on September 12th in Fukuoka, followed by shows in Osaka Namba on the 19th and Yokohama on the 20th. Through these performances in the three cities, BoA will meet her Japanese fans.
